Job Summary

Engage with persons served, team members, and visitors on Pensacola main campus. Helps with way finding of team members and person served. Provide clerical and administrative support to LifeView Group staff.

Role Requirements

● High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
● Two (2) years related experience.
● Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Essential Duties

● Greets, assists, and directs person-served and visitors around main campus. Communicates in a courteous manner.
● Utilizes Crisis Intervention techniques as needed.
● Monitors call-in line and informs appropriate personnel of needs throughout the day.
● Ability to interface and collaborate with 911 responders when the need arises
● Notifies and assists management in emergency situations such as fire or unsafe conditions.
● Maintain daily log of activities.
● Writes incident reports when appropriate.
● Makes rounds of buildings ensuring safe environments for persons served, team members, and visitors.
● Work closely with assigned purchasing staff to provide efficient and effective administrative support services.
● Receive and sort in-coming mail. Determine destination within organization and distribute to appropriate bins for pick-up.
● Receive out-going mail from team members. Weigh and meter mail ensuring that programs or divisions are charged for postage.
● Gather and sort out-going mail for delivery to post office for final delivery.
● When necessary, deliver packages and mail to other buildings on main campus.
● Provide a presence in the purchasing office when other purchasing team members are unavailable.
● Participate in program/division/agency best practice sustainability process, maintain compliance with training requirements, and comply with Lakeview Center Inc.’s policies and procedures.
● Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs and adhere to Lakeview Center Inc.’s Mission, Vision, and Values always.
